The Favolosa is the Worsa cruise ship I ever sailed. I went only because there was a group. Beverage Program I bought a program that read "up to 20 juices." Absolutely misleading. Not 20 juices. 20 glasses of juices so on a 16 day cruise I ran out early. I had to buy an unlimited juice plan which cost 300 euros. Both plans cost 380 euros, that's about $420 US, I never paid for a beverage program on a cruise ship. I ordered Pineapple Juice in the buffett. I was told to go to the bar on deck, in the COLD. How's that for service. Dining Room You can't get coffee and ice cream. You have to go to buffet (deck 9) for coffee. When I got there, there wasn't any coffee because it's only served between 6 and 7 pm, the SAME time I'm in early seating. I saw a couple get ice cream, because they were vegans. I told the Maître d' that if you could service ice cream to them, it could be served to me. I finally got ice cream. You can't get ice cream because you have to go the "ice cream store." That's right. You have to pay for EVERYTHING" You get the idea. I'll NEVER sail on Costa again. I'm looking forward to getting the evaluation form so I can torpedo the ship.

Going on a cruise next may and booked this exact room. I noticed it doesn't have a cooler/fridge under the counter like other rooms that look the same. That stinks.

EXPERIÊNCIA A PIOR DE MAIS DE 20 CRUZEIROS FEITOS NA VIDA... Acredito que muitos elogios ao Costa Favolosa são devido a: 1. “Influencers” que obtém cortesia de uma viagem para elogiá-lo ou, 2. Pessoas que nunca viajaram em outros Cruzeiro ou, 3. Pessoas que viajaram em outras épocas e condições… Tenho uma certa experiência de cruzeiros como a Norwegian Star, Excepcional, MSC, muito boa, Royal Caribean, excelente, mas esta da Costa Favolosa, foi extreamente decpcionante… Na nossa ida de Portugal para o Brasil em Novembro de 2023, pelo Norwegian Star, na conversa com um senhor argentino bem idoso com mais de 40 cruzeiros feitos, nos informou a mim e a minha esposa ser a pior empresa pela qual viajou, não acreditamos muito…nosso erro... Embarcamos em Santos dia 3 de Maio e desembarcamos em Vigo Espanha dia 19 de Maio. Vamos as boas experiências 1. O ginásio, os aparelhos são realmente os melhores de todos navios, 2. A simpatia e dedicação dos funcionários filipinos e indianos em especial um rapaz indiano de nome Yoshi foram espetaculares, da equipe brasileira a simpatia infelizmente não tenho nada a elogiar 3. A simpatia do médico italiano que infelizmente tivemos de consultar 4. A comida do restaurante eventiualmente boa, As péssimas experiências 1. Ao contrário de outras companhias como a Norwegian a qual você pode declinar do pagamento de gorjeta, neste é impositiva e chamam de “Taxa de Hospedagem” (?), eu paguei 512 Euros, 3 pessoas, 17 dias 11 Euros por dia, 2. Carpetes empoeirados os quais levaram a minha esposa a uma crise alérgica, uma vez que sofre de rinite crônica, minha filha depois, notem ficamos 21 dias no Norwegian de Lisboa para o Rio e não demos um espirro, muitos outros passageiros tiveram ao que falaram essa mesma situação 3. A comida do buffet, sem gosto, quase repetitiva, péssima, reclamação de muitos 4. Pizzas do buffet, tipo as de supermercado, sem gosto, enquanto as demais, gratuitas nas outras companhias eram excelentes, massa fina, a autêntica massa italiana 5. Quando chegamos no navio foi liberado o quarto ainda sujo, banheiro sujo, roupas de cama sujas, e algumas peças rasgadas, tivemos de pedir para trocar 6. Talheres e copos e pratos eventualmente sujos!!! 7. Um restaurante só e que determinam o qual você tem direito, na popa do navio, um dos locais que mais balança, ao passo que das outras empresas, você tem quatro ou mais à escolha, e gratuitos, com água gratuita, 8. Água no restaurante? Paga...no Norwegian Star era gratuita... 9. Não tem chá nem no almoço nem no jantar. 10. Café ralo, um “chafé", o bom tem de ser pago à parte. 11. Azeite apenas uma garrafa em uma mesa, e uma outra de vinagre balsâmico, somente para dezenas...que ganância!!! As pessoas tem de ficar pedindo sal, pimenta e azeite para dar gosto na comida excessivamente oleosa e sem gosto. 12. Hamburguer o gratuito, frio, péssimo, batata oleosa, carne horrível e pão duro... 13. Comida aparenta ser reaproveitada do restaurante no dia seguinte em outros pratos no buffet 14. Os refrescos no café da manha, um dia refresco de laranja, noutro refresco tropical, artificial tipo Q-Suco, qualidade de baixo custo 15. A mesma carne do estrogonofe, péssima, do restaurante no dia seguinte colocada no almoço 16. Jogos, ping-pong, totó, etc todos pagos 17. Shows péssimos (os do Norwegian Star, padrão Broadway) 18. Um filme sobre a história de Barry White, de quem sou fão, no telão da piscina, de noite, ao frio, tanto que todos saíram e detalhe, o filme era nada mais que uma coletânea de vídeos do RUclips 19. Apenas 1 filme por dia, repetido cinco vezes ao dia 20. Por fim como iria desembarcar em Vigo, com cerca de 120Kg em malas, eu com 66 anos (apesar de bem treinado, treinava pesado todo dia duas horas), não havia recolha de bagagem e tinha de as arrastar por centenas de metros, e paguei a taxa de 512 Euros 21. Os funcionários brasileiros parecem insatisfeitos com o serviço 22. Preço de uma cartela de antibiótico 47,46 Euros R$ 265,70 Portanto nossa nota subjetiva 5,0 ao passo que o Norwegian Star quase pelo mesmo preço é nota 10.. NÃO ACREDITAM NÃO? PESQUISEM A REPUTAÇÃO E A INSATISFAÇÃO NO SITE RECLAME AQUI: Portanto não sou só eu o "problemático" como muitos podem falar... não só eu...vejam: www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/costa-cruzeiros/lista-reclamacoes/ Para nós não foi o Costa Favolosa e sim “Pavorosa”, o qual não víamos a hora de sair dele, e chegamos a pensar em descer em Recife e comprar uma passagem de avião direto para Portugal, isto já no 5º dia de viagem, já bem estressados. Não acredito que façam isto com os europeus que vem para o Brasil e estas regras de qualidade se aplicam somente a brasileiros, e sul americanos em gral, talvez por serem poucos exigentes. Para nós um navio inviável em termos de qualidade para viagens intercontinentais ou acima de tês dias, devendo ser no máximo pelo mar Adriático ou Egeu, nem pelo Mediterrâneo. Mas cada um tem sua experiência e avaliação pessoal esta foi a nossa e nunca mais usaremos os serviços desta companhia, apesar de saber que há outros navios excelentes, mas os cruzeiros são apenas na Europa.
